Privacy Policy

The short version: your content never leaves your phone. Privaku apps process your photos, text and voice on your device. We have no servers that receive your content, and we don't track you for ads.

Who we are

Privaku (プリバク) is an independent software studio based in Tokyo, Japan, building privacy-first mobile apps. This policy covers this website (privaku.com) and Privaku apps, including Ask My Photos and AI Action App. Each app's own privacy policy and its App Store or Google Play privacy label take precedence over this page for that app.

Your content

Privaku apps never collect your content (photos, text found in photos, notes, messages, voice, files or search queries). All AI features run locally on your device, and your content is never uploaded to us or to any third-party AI service. We do not sell personal data, and no Privaku app requires an account.

What each app collects

Ask My Photos (version 1.0): no data at all. It has no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network requests. See the Ask My Photos privacy policy (日本語).

AI Action App: may use Google Firebase for crash reports, anonymous app usage analytics and remote configuration (settings we can change without an app update). This data never includes your content. Google signals and ads personalization are turned off, and you can turn crash reports and analytics off at any time in the app's Settings.

Network use

Some Privaku apps use the network to download AI model files and app resources, or, where an app's policy says so, to send the content-free crash and usage data described above. None of these requests contain your content. Purchases, if any, are handled by the app store you download from, under its own privacy policy; we receive no payment details.

No ad tracking

• No advertising or advertising identifiers in our apps
• No cookies, analytics or trackers on this website
• No third-party fonts, scripts or embeds on this website

Our website host may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify or profile you.

Emailing us

If you email us, for example to join the waitlist or ask for support, we receive your email address and message. We use it only to reply or to send the launch notice you asked for, and we delete it on request.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ask My Photos collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Our core promise will not change: your content stays on your device.
